• Items with missing accessories, original tags, or packaging.
• Perishable, personal-care, hygiene-related, or customized products.
• Products that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

3. Return Process

1. Raise a return request through our website or contact our customer support team.
2. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable.
• In the case of rejected returns, the product will be shipped back to you.

5. Replacement / Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Share images/video as proof for faster processing.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return request.
